2 The Online Shop sells products via the Internet.

3 Orders are accepted via the Internet. To place an order please fill out the order form. After placing a purchase order, confirmation that the order has been received will be sent to the customer via e-mail.

4 Implementation of the order takes place when the Buyer has filled out the order form and pays for the order. Payment in advance is not necessary in the case of prior selection by the buyer from the payment options .

5 Delivery time is as follows:
- Up to 3 weeks in the case of serial products
- Up to 5 weeks in the case of products made to order

Delivery time can be individually agreed by the Client. In order to agree on a specific date, you need to contact customer service:

6 On completion of the order the goods are sent to the Buyer. Estimated shipping time: 2-6 working days.

7 In the event of unavailability of part the order, the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer can then decide whether to implement the part-order or to cancel the order completely.

8 All prices are in Euro and include VAT. The price given for each item is valid at the time the customer places an order. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods on offer, to introduce new products to the online shop, to run and cancel promotions on the website or make any necessary changes involved in the carrying out thereof.

9 For payment of goods ordered, customers can pay by selecting one of the following forms of payment:

- Bank transfer to the store account
- Payment by credit card via the Dotpay system

10 Delivery of goods within Polish territory is via the direct courier company General Logistics Systems. Cost of delivery:

7,00 EUR - for shipment inside European Union
15,00 EUR - for shipment outside European Union

11 Completion of the order form enters the Buyer and Seller into a contract. The subject of the agreement is the goods specified in the contract.

12 The rights and obligations of the parties arising from the contract are governed by the Act of 23 April 1964 of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964 . No. 16, pos. 93 with subsequent replacements) and the Act of March 2, 2000 the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by unsafe products (Journal of Laws of 2000 . , No. 22 , item . 271 with later amendments).

13 The contract of sale of goods is in the Polish language and is in accordance with Polish law.

14 For your information, the personal data provided on the Online Shop order form at are collected and processed in accordance with the Act dated August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item. 926 with later amendments) . Personal data collected are used solely for the purpose of implementation of orders and to inform of any promotions and in no case will be shared with any third party. Each client has the right to access, modify and delete their personal information from our database.

15 Return of goods. The customer may return goods purchased from our store for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. This is possible only if the goods show no signs of use, is complete and has not been damaged in any way. Returned goods should be returned together with the receipt and the invoice. The Shop guarantees the repayment of an amount equal to the price of goods. Money will be refunded within 14 working days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer. The cost of shipping goods to the customer and the cost of returning the goods are not refundable.

16 Complaints. If after receipt of the goods the client finds any defect he/she should send it by parcel delivery to the following address: CUMULUS, ul. Opata Hackiego 19, 81-211 Gdynia. We do not accept any shipments sent COD. The costs associated with returning the complained of goods will be returned immediately after the complaint is processed. A description of the complaint must accompany any returned goods. All complaints are dealt with within 10 working days of their receipt. Damaged goods will be repaired or replaced at full value, and if that is impossible (for example, due to exhausted stocks) , the Shop will pay the customer the equivalent price of the goods or offer the choice other goods available in the store. Checking the package on delivery is a prerequisite in the eventuality of any customer claims for damage to the goods or theft in transit.

17 All products are covered by CUMULUS 5 or 10 year warranty.
